Where is the data stored?
All data is stored in the cloud with daily backups. You can export your information at any time if you want a local copy or if you are moving to another system.
Can I actually request tools?
Yes. If a tool solves a real production problem. The platform evolves around practical needs. If there is a tool you rely on that we don’t support yet, you can request it and we can build it because the platform is created by people who produce and write software.
Do my crew need accounts?
Yes. They sign up, confirm their availability, and see their call times, tasks, and documents. It removes long message chains and centralises all the information they need.
Can other producers see my projects?
No. Your projects are private. The only shared part is the regional crew pool, which helps producers discover available professionals without revealing any details about your jobs.
What if I need help?
You can email support and usually get a same day response. For bigger requests or tool suggestions, you can submit them directly through your dashboard.
