We were overwheled with productions and kept losing track of our activities.

We're producers who learned to code. We couldn't find software that handled the whole production process. Most tools just do one thing, like making call sheets or tracking budgets. We needed something that did everything.

We were running productions using spreadsheets and WhatsApp like everyone else. After missing too many crew confirmations and losing track of expenses, we built what we needed. VDEO·PRO is that. Software that handles the parts of producing that usually need five different apps.

Our Story

VDEO·PRO was founded by Kenyan producers who have been running productions for multinational across Africa. We saw how much work it took to coordinate everything and how opportunities often stayed with just a few people.

We want to create a fair and collaborative space where good projects can find the right producers, and every qualified team gets a chance. We make the process simple for producers and fully transparent for clients.

We keep building practical tools that ease the process. When producers spend less time chasing jobs and more time doing great work, they earn more, hire more crew, and create more opportunities for everyone.

The platform has production tools that producers use on a regular basis. Things like; Call sheets, shot lists, moodboards, script breakdowns, budget tracking. We work with producers to improve these tools and add new ones when they're needed.

Our goal is to make a platform that strengthens collaboration and efficiency in video production and filmmaking. We're coders who understand production, so we can build what makes sense for the industry instead of forcing producers into systems that don't fit how they work.

We built this managing productions across different locations and conditions. The platform is versatile and works for remote shoots, international productions, and different types of projects.
