When You Meet Guests

You are the first face-to-face contact guests will have with VideoPro Africa. How you show up matters.

  • When you walk into any new location or home, thank the person or people involved.
  • Be aware of what you talk about in front of guests. Watch the swearing, volume and mood. Always be polite.
  • Be careful of the guest's property. Place pads underneath c-stands, cover floors, treat their space better than your own.
  • Never display anger or concern of any kind in front of guests. It is unprofessional and will reflect poorly on you and us.
  • Keep your thoughts to yourself. Do not discuss the guest's story, problems or personal thoughts.
  • When wrap is called, move out quickly and quietly and leave the property exactly the same, if not better.
