What Each One Means

1

Your Contract

Every project is unique, so it is important to have your contract signed before starting any work. If you have not received your contract, request it immediately from the Project Manager. No filming should begin without this.

2

A Detailed Call Sheet

The call sheet gives you a clear filming schedule for the day. It includes crew movements, logistics, key contacts, locations and the shot list. Make sure you understand the details and follow the schedule closely.

3

Verify Your Deliverables

Cross-check your deliverables with the call sheet and your contract. If there is anything that does not align, raise it with the Set Manager before filming begins.
